Let's Get the "Christmas Party" Started!!!

Got these back in December when it came out but am just now getting around to posting them..  Was having too much fun over the Holidays!!!   LOL!

This year, I was sooo excited about this collection, I had to break down and get all!!!  The designs are much cuter plus lots of new and more modern characters...

A friend in Japan offered me his 9 extras (see above photo) for pretty much the same price he got them for - so I snapped them up right away!!!  Then my BB heaven of a shop, Hot Dog Toyz in Taipei completed it for me..  So I got all 24...  Yeah!!!

I even got the L@st special one... A much harder to get one - and this time around it is even packaged in a snowglobe type packaging...

Note: as with the previous years, a 400% was issued as well...  But I opted out of it, as I limit my 400% collecting to just the Designer Tie In & tokidoki ones I really like...

Amuroch X Chapter X Be@rbrick

Recent acquisition is this really  cool, and quite cute, Amuroch  Bea@rbrick..  It is a collaborative character between the very popular MTV Japan animation series Usavich and personL fave, Japanese singer and dancer Namie Amuro. 

The Be@rbrick was sold in collaboration with Japanese retailer Chapter World and could be purchased with a Mini Tote Bag or a T-shirt.  You can choose either one, just do not pass up on this Cutie!

 

Is it December yet???

Exciting Releases for December...  Totally Cannot wait...  Starting Off with the Photo Release of Series 27 - Due in Mid December.  They are all looking good, so we are pretty much in trouble once again with this collection!!!

After Church today, I decided to take a walk for a bit and look around... This, for those of you who know me well enough is never a good thing...  Just way too many temptations out here, and I never need a lot to get tempted..

Such is the case when I came across these Paul Frank Vinyls...  Each one of them  just too cool looking...  And of course, together they look even cooler...  Thankfully, I was able to restrain myself a bit - broke down for just one...  Took me almost half an hour to decide which one goes home with me..  This Devilishly Cool one won...  Guess it is kinda fitting as he is Wicked enough to get me to break down...  And it is a sure bet that more will follow in the near future...

McDonalds X Smurfs 2

Somehow I overlooked posting them - so here goes..

Handy all set for some work fun!

Coinciding with the release if Smurfs 2:The  Movie in Taiwan, McDonalds issued these Premiums... I Honestly did not know anything about their release as I hardly go to McDonalds, unless of course, they are running a Happy Meal Premium Program to my liking..   Just lucked in this time, as I was with Juju and she wanted to have some Ice Cream...  And the rest, as they say, is history...

McDonalds' current Happy Meal Premium Toy program is a collection of Doraemon goodies... all too cute, of course...  But having way too many Doraemon vinyls on hand, I opted to skip it all...  All but one, that is!  I could not Pass Up this Pink Door box offered...

 It doubles as a music box but for me, the Bonus is that it is an almost Perfect size

for my Doraemon Bearbrick!!!

Getting Into The Holiday Spirits with BBs!!!

Yep, the Holidays are upon us once more...  With Halloween gone, Thanksgiving fast approaching, you know, Christmas will be here in no time at all...

It is kinda' hard with all the calamities that has been happening around the world - more especially, the recent Hyian Typhoon that cause so much death and destruction in the Philippines....  So we try to help and donate what we can  - however much...  and keep everyone in our Thoughts and Prayers....

 

In the meantime, life still must go on, and we go about our daily lives - work and such - and now and again, stop to find and/or create something beautiful to lift up the spirits....   So am trying to get into the spirits of XMas....   starting with setting up the Bearbrick XMas display...  that should do the trick!!!!   

Out comes the Disney and Christmas Bearbricks in my collection - not a whole lot but growing fast!!!  At the moment I have about 30 Total - but am awaiting this year's XMas Set, plus some of my picks from this year's Disney World XMas Collection...

Rubber Duckie You're The One!

With the Big Yellow Duck landing on the waters of Taiwan, Yellow ducks , and then some, Rubber Duckies seem to be popping up everywhere...   From the regular, well known, Yellow Rubber Ducks - to a bunch of other licensed products:  Plushies, Key rings, Mugs, Notepads, Pens, and of course,  Cel Phone covers - am Loving the one I got - Rainbow and Taipei 101 in the background to boot!!!)
