Besides the tokidoki one, I also got the Jam Made Home edition XClusive for the World Wide Tour 2 Exhibition....   figured, this one will go nicely with all my Designer Tie In ones, as it is a Specialty Boutique in Japan....

The recent acquisicition of the latest 100% tokidoki Be@rbrick, issued XClusively for the recent Be@rbrick World Wide Tour 2 brings the total of tokidoki desigened Be@rbricks to 8 - and I could not be more Happier!!!

Each one is just as colorful & fun as the other, it would be hard to pick a FAVE....

Tickling your FUNNY Bones!

Last nite I happened to have a bit of time, so I stopped over Monster Taipei to look around and see what's new...   plus to pick up this newly arrived cutie....

Am not familiar with the COMICS/MANGA at all - nor can I read Japanese...  :(   Am so unfamiliar with it, I had to email some  people to ask for TRANSLATION HELP! - LOL!!!     Sue, Juliana and Eric of Monster Taipei all came to my RESCUE and now she has a name, Yurume!  

First, I ordered it without the comics, knowing I will not be able to read anyway,  as it was offered both ways...   Alas, only the ones with the comics came - so instead of passing up I took took the leap and got it with the comics....  never mind that I cannot read Chinese - will get someone else to TRANSLATE later on... hahahahahahahahaha...   Just HAPPY with her added in my collection!!

Haiiiiiiiis, this si what extra time on my hands and Net Surfing do to me... get me into more troubles as I discover more and more Designer Tie Ins of Be@rbricks that I MUST ADD to the collection!

Well, I have already posted about the Fred Perry one before... but here is a better shot of it...   Released this month to commemorate Fred Perry's 60th Anniversary, it is said to be available in Fred Perry Shops Worldwide.....  HELP!!!!

And this one is NEWS to me...  for GUCCI's 90th Anniversary, a 400% GUCCI Be@rbrick was issued...  looking CLASSY in all shiny black and that too familiar LOGO gracing one of the ear is just a CLASSIC touch!  Said to have been released Fall/Winter 2011.....    HELP TOO!!!

MARIMEKKO:  this one I happen upon at Hot Toyz, when I walked in there for the first time as they were closing....   these are two versions i have seen... not sure if there are others........ both looking cute and lovely....  ALAS, they were priced HIGH - so needless to say, I had to SKIP... for now.... cannot JUSTIFY paying a HIGH PRICE just for the trays that comes with each one.... :)

the DISNEY connection...

This past Christmas, I gathered all my Disney themed Be@rbricks...  wanted to get them all in front of a XMas tree for some Holiday Greeting cards....  was having a time of it when all of a sudden I realized, aside from the Mickey that I have dressed as Peter Pan - I really do not have a Mickey & Minnie in the Mix...  certainly not ones that truly represents them....  what kind of a collection is that without the leader of the Mickey Mouse Club and her Best Gal....

So, searched and begged I did - just so I can get the pair - and Sue, came through....  she got me #16 and #17 of the recently released Disney XMas releases, Exclusive for Disney Japan....  though not in their traditional Red and Black Polka Dotted outfit - this time in Gold for the Holidays - they are none-the-less the Mickey and Minnie we are used to....  and am HAPPY!!!

and as an extra BONUS, I even got the Alien from Toy Story, too!!!
