UniQlo's newest collaboration release is heaven sent to KAWS collectors worldwide.  And boy did they sell out fast!!!

There were quite a few designs to select ftom, that is if youvwere able to get them the first day of release. Sadly, i was abroad that day snd bybthe tine i was able to go, the 2nd day of release, most  of the designs I wanted have Sold Out in my size.

The  three designs pictured are the only ones I was anle to get for myself.  Here's hoping I will luck into a few more one of these days.A

NOTE: the Medicom Toys KAWS figures did not come with the tees..  They are from my personal collection.

So Happy that for the 2nd year this cool collaboration happened...  

Though the Tees are not as nice as the first year, some are still worth getting...

  and having the 70% companion BB Premiums is an added incentive, of course!!!

My most Fave one this year...  There is also a red version to this!!!

The 2nd one I love Best!!!  I actually got this as a present -

so that's another reason for loving this!!!

Unlike last year where I failed - missing 2 from the collection.

UniQlo X Bearbricks

Am sure many of you fellow Bearbrick lovers are already aware of the Bearbrick tees currently being sold by UniQlo....  First Shanghai...  then Hong Kong just started selling them the last few days... and next month, Malaysia is said to start carrying them...  -- To date: still no word if Taiwan UniQlo will be carrying them... :( -- If you have not, please click here to read more and see photos: UNIQLO X BEARBRICKS.

 

Of course it makes sense to have accompanying Bearbricks to go with the offer....   first off I was only aware of two kinds that was going to be offered by Hong Kong as Premiums, with Tee Shirts purchased...  Right away it caused excitement and a headache for Bearbrick Lovers all over...  myself included...  How to get?  Who to reach out to to help acquire - since it seems to be Hong Kong's Exclusive offering....  

Well, the excitement and headache just multiplied as recent posting of the Premium Program Flyer surfaced - not only two but 9, yes 9 Bearbricks will be offered for redemption... and the way it works is that: for every 3 tees purchased - you are entitled to redeem one of the BBs... waaaaaah....

  

 

I think for most the problem does not lie as to whether or not to purchase enough to get all 9 BBs, but as to how to get them if one lives outside Hong Kong......  HELP!!!
