Happened upon these guys at HOT DOG TOYZ' visit...  I have seen them now and again but never together....   till now....  had to GRAB THEM right away!!!  They are too cool not to add to any one's collection....   don't you agree???

tokidoki X Pullip

Since we are on the subject of tokidoki - here's another one for ya' all....  

 Tokidoki X Pullip Doll!!!

This is my first toy acquisition for 2013, actually... But am loving the box Graphics so much that I have yet to take her out of the box....  and get rid of the box - just as I do with most of my collection....  But will do, right after Chinese New Year....  am sure!!!  I cannot stand seeing Toys in their boxes - not much enjoyment there - either for me, or the toys....  They need to Be Free!!!

tokidoki Kittys starts now!!!

Yep, Taiwan 7-11's newly announced Premium program starts today...  this time showcasing another cute crossover, Tokidoki X Hello Kitty.... 

A total of 12 different Hello Kitty figures dressed as well known Storybook characters (Snow White, Robin Hood, Peter Pan, Cinderella, The Frog Prince,  Little Red Riding Hood, etc) are sure to delight and thrill young and old alike....  even those of us not so much into Hello Kittys....   or still in DENIAL about it....   :)  A Special cardboard case (for an extra fee) is even offered to showcase them all in!!!

You know who will be sipping lots of JAVA here!!!  LOL!!!

More on the newly discovered Alice Cherry Blossom Line:

Based on the highly collectible and Oh-so-Expensive, vinyl doll line created by Holland's renowned pig artist, Charles Stephan - "Alice Cherry Blossom" figures are 2.5 inches tall - and are all created/designed in collaboration with South Korea's BJD makers, Elfdoll.  These are being produced by  Designer Vinyl - which also producers of Toy2R goods, most notably Qee - which makes the whole project quite an International one collaboration.  Such are the BEST offerings nowadays!

 

The packaging shows 5 different offerings: 1) Alice Cherry Blossom, 2) Gothic Hoody Alice, 3) Ballerina Alice,  4) School Angel Alice & 5) School Angel Billie.  I broke down and got Alice in Cherry Blossom and School Angel versions....  they look nice together - color theme wise....  but now I see School Angel Billie is needed to match School Angel Alice...  hmmmmmmm......

Qee X Choicee

Just love finding new shops - especially one that sells mostly Toys....  and I was LUCKY enough to happen upon one that newly opened at ATT4FUN Mall (located on the 4th Floor) in the Warner Viewshow Area of Taipei....   actually opened late last year but I have just come upon it now...  so it's considerably NEW still... :)

 

Qee for Choicee, as the name states, sells mostly Qee Vinyl Toys and Qee related goods: iPhone cases, Cool Tees, bags, and other accessories that boasts the Qee figures....   enough for a Qee Collectors to go GOO GOO GA GA over....  even LIFE SIZED ones can be taken home if you have the $$$$  to burn!!!!

 Though the shop is small - it is quite Jam Packed with sooooo much Goodies!!!

Though I am not much of a Qee collector - I do have quite a few in my collection...  and even broke down and added these two from a Brand New Line called "Alice Cherry Blossom" (a collaboration project between Elfdoll and Charles Stephan)....

it's raining be@rs!!!

Just back from a week long getaway to Jeju Island, South Korea last week....  it was nice, beautiful really....  relaxing and a lot of fun...  only thing missing was Be@rbrick sighting....   not a single Be@rbrick in sight ('cept for the three that I carried with me..)....  Everywhere I looked - NOTHING...   I did spot  little Qees and China made copies of Be@rbrick waanabees - but that was all...  So, not a single purchase to remember the trip by.... 

 

Still, I am not complaining as, upon my return, waiting for my at the mail box was a package from JAPAN....  weeeeeeiiiiiiii....  it's raining be@rbricks, alright!!!  More than half of the collection I did not have yet - so they are a nice amount addition to my collection....  the others will try to sell off here and there.....  :)
