Basic R Updated!!!

Just received ftom a fellow Bearbrick collector in Taiwan - Basic R from Series 16!!!

Basic Series: Two to go...

Actually am only missing the very first one now - Series 1 Basic R - butat the  time I took this photo, I had just opened up Series 32, and the one from Series 16 I acquired after posting this shot looking for the two am missing...

And speaking of Series 32, it is soooo cool that for the 20th Anniversary of Medicom Toy and the 15th Anniversary of Bearbrick, the letters spelling out Bearbrick are placed on the back!!!

Am sooooo lucky to have been able to get the R from Series 32...  No need to hunt one down - as I always end up doing...

Spotlight On Series 29

Trying to photograph these, as I like to do when they come in - and before they get put away till who knows when...  Never an easy Task but it is getting there!

Monday Blues

Yep...  It's Monday again...  And on Mondays, i like to fight the Monday Blues with My Kind og Monday Blues...  And this week, it's all about Bearbrick Series 29's Basic and Jellybean Blues!!!  Both enough to while the Blues away...  The Blue and White M&Ms help, too!!!

First Up is the Basic one...  Actually got 3 of them from the box of 24 I bought,

sadly none of the "R" I collect..  So had to buy a 4th!!!

Then we have the Jellybean Series which boasts clear and shades of blues...  

2 More To Go!!!

Yes...  Only 2 more and my Basic Series "R" Collection will be complete...

6 Basics to go...

Yesterday, I decided to stop by Hot Dog Toyz just to look around...  Since I was already there and remembered, I asked to check on the older Basics they happen to have..  And Lucky I did - was able to pick up Series 7 - now am down to 6 more to complete this Series...  

Still need from Series 1, 5, 8, 14, 15, 16

Of course it should not be that hard...  I could have completed it a while back - bur for added fun and torture, I decided to only collect the Letter R from each series...  Now should be a bit easier as there are two Rs from each series - but alas, it is proving to be torturous.....

Oh well, back to the HUNT!!!
